Application Deadlines:

Eligibility Requirements:

Graduate students, advanced undergraduates, and working professionals who have completed one year of college-level study in the target language, Russian, or a language related to the target language may apply to the Eurasian Regional Language Program. American Councils may request a telephone Oral Proficiency Interview to verify language level. Applicants must be at least 18 years old by the application deadline.

ACADEMIC YEAR 2013 - 2014:

Tuition: $17,150
Room and Board: $4,500
Health Insurance: $600
Visa: $250
TOTAL: $22,500

FALL SEMESTER 2013 and SPRING SEMESTER 2014:

Tuition: $9,550
Room and Board: $2,000
Health Insurance: $300
Visa: $250
TOTAL: $12,100

Items not included in the program cost (per semester):

• International airfare: estimated at $2,000
• Books and supplies: $150
• Local transportation: $200
• Meals not included in Board cost*: $300

*Lunches are not included in the board cost.
